Housing Coordinator Position
Provide case management and resource assistance for individuals and families who are homeless, living in shelter, transitioning or in danger of losing permanent housing. Collaborate with goals and objectives of local agencies to prevent homelessness.
Bachelor’s degree in Social work, Social Services or related field required.
Three years non-profit direct service experience and/or Master of Social Work preferred.
